SEND AND DOWNLOAD AUDIO / VIDEO FILES ON THE INTERNET

Everyone downloads a lot of file (songs, films, photos) everyday, but we never think about copyright. Copyright is is a legal concept, enacted by most governments, giving the creator of an original work exclusive rights to it, usually for a limited time. Generally, it is "the right to copy", but also gives the copyright holder the right to be credited for the work, to determine who may adapt the work to other forms, who may perform the work, who may financially benefit from it, and other related rights. It is an intellectual property form (like the patent, the trademark, and thetrade secret) applicable to any expressible form of an idea or information that is substantive and discrete.[1]

Assess the problem of downloading songs from the Internet depends on the purpose, in which an Internet user does this. The law permits the use of single copies disseminated things for only personal use. 

Therefore, we can record the video episode series broadcast on TV and we watch it with family, without violate the copyright. If the Internet is widespread song that you are looking for, copy the song into the computer, or save it to another storage medium and then recreate it in the private use is not violate of copyright. Possession of single copies of the widespread song in memory of the computer or other storage media, does not bring to the holder negative effects. Another situation is when a song does not distribute among their friends, but on a massive scale.

When we talk about sending files over the Internet, we must remember that, in the Internet distribution of someone else's work without the consent of the author is a violation of copyright.

Ownership of goods and intellectual property

In considering the concept of "intellectual property", first note should be on issues related to the property. Ownership is a right to possession, use and dispose of things within the limits set by lawand in social life. The ownership is combined with three principles:

1. First the right to own (jus possidendi);

2. Second the right to use (ius utendi);

3. Third right to the beneficial use (ius fruendi).[1]

The owner can (with the exception of other people) use their stuff under the law, can have benefits and income from the things. By law, the property can only be real property (for example: land, buildings) and chattels, all things that are not real estate (for example: motorcycle, bicycle).

In the case of intellectual property is often the product of human intellect - an idea that is not a material things. Intellectual property rights are different results from human activity.

Intellectual property is also called "intangible asset" and generally grouped into two sets: industrial property and intellectual author. Intellectual property is, however, dynamic and, of course - immaterial. Immateriality means that you can not perceive the intellectual property senses.  When we buy a book in a bookstore, only to acquire a piece of paper. We then buy a tangible thing, but we do not buy any copyright that is intellectual property rights, the text written by the author of this book.

We must remember that the right to the things which expresses the intellectual property does not automatically give any rights to that property. The protection of the law to determine property called intellectual property rights. The protection of physical objects affect substantive law.

THE INTERNET IN 2020.

Will the world stay in touch ONLY on the internet or not?

The internet has forever changed the way we live. Its importance will continue to grow. By the year 2020 the world will do business, receive media (tv, films, music) and stay in touch only on the internet. Do you agree with this statement?

In the future I think that Internet will be very fast and maybe we don’t pay for it. We can use the internet everywhere, on the shopping, in toilet, in aircraft etc., not only by computer or mobile phone. Now, more and more people using the internet every day.  Number of internaut grow from day on day.

But In my opinion “standard” media (TV, radio, newspaper) were a lot of times ago and it will be a lot of years in the feature! It will not pass away! People are acclimated for media. They always listen to music in car or job, watch TV when they are cleaning flat or spending free time in the bed. If people use “super fast” internet in 2020, they will watch TV in the same time. “Standard media” are very important for all people.

Internet will predominate in our each sphere of life. We can make shopping by Internet, we can talk with a doctor when we will be sick and we must not walk for cinema on movie, because we can watch this film in Internet for free. 

In 2020 our life will be based on new technologies, computers and use of internet will be dialog of person with cyberperson. In this way we will tired of this life and we will miss for tv set in the evening… I think, that we will forget word „ internet ” and we will return to word tv set…

MASS MEDIA OVER THE CENTURIES

The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide. It is a network of networks that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks, of local to global scope, that are linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless and optical networking technologies.[1]

The Internet is really popular and important for world. All people use the Internet every day for information, entertainment and for spending free time. In last time people like watching TV, reading  newspapers and listening radio, it was very popular but now, near this activities is also Internet! People love the Internet because they can find everything (the most important information, films, music etc.).

Internaut it active receiver of transfer and it is often co-framer even. Internet gives  it for assigning question instruments, taking a decision forces and it allows communication with other receiver.

Recipient is recipient  in traditional media, but it’s activity is finished on dispatch sms or for call to radio station.

In last time, communicators have become very important for young people but for they not only. The most popular communicators is: facebook, twitter, naszaklasa (in Poland), blogs etc. People use it every day and they spend a lot of time of day. Communicators are as radio, which we can listen to when we are working or cleaning. Such portals are source of knowledge about world and entertainment.

Of course, people often sit down before tv set , in order to rest from activity, they listen to radio in background of daily duty, or they read newspaper in toilet, where activity is directed them in other direction.

That way, future depends on us. We choose the source for information. Will it be the Internet, TV or newspaper, the mass media certainly never die, because we want to haveaccess to news about the world.
